Requirements

This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Kolkata Area for a Recruiter. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to hiring. The Recruiter should be skilled in using different recruitment techniques and tools, and be able to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and legal requirements
  • Ability to screen, source, and hire qualified candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
