Job Summary:

The QA Manager in Content Moderation is responsible for ensuring that all content moderation activities meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy. This individual will work closely with the content moderation team to establish and maintain quality assurance processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for content moderation activities

  • Establish and maintain a system for monitoring the quality of content moderation work, including conducting regular audits and assessments

  • Identify areas for improvement in content moderation processes and workflows, and implement changes as needed

  • Work closely with the content moderation team to ensure that all team members are trained on quality assurance processes and best practices

  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to content moderation team members to help them improve their performance and maintain quality standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that content moderation processes are aligned with overall business objectives and priorities

  • Monitor and report on key quality metrics related to content moderation activities

  • Continuously evaluate and improve quality assurance processes to ensure that they are effective and efficient

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Needs to be Lean Six Sigma - Greenbelt certified

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in content moderation or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes and best practices

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

  • Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience with managing a team is a plus
