We are looking for an HR Admin to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
HR Admin Officer responsibilities include but not limited to processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly
Responsible for maintaining and updating employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information.
Manages the company's employee benefits program, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
The HR Administration processes payroll and ensures compliance with federal and state payroll regulations. They also manage employee time off, including sick leave, vacation time, and holidays.
Serves as a liaison between employees and management, handling employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts.
Ensures the company complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Bachelors in Human Resources, Business Administration or field related certification courses.
Minimum experience of 1 year in the HR department
There shouldn’t be any additional full-time courses pursued outside the organization.
Needs to be skilled, innovative, and adaptive regardless of any situation.
Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and people management
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical, mediation, and problem-resolution skills
