Requirements

Real Time Analysis 

At least work experience as RTA for 1 year 

Comfortable creating rosters, making shrinkage reports ,productivity reports

Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for personal development and drive own performance.
  • PC literate with good system navigation skills.
  • Responsible for all GWFM coding requests and changes.
  • Proven track record in working successfully in virtual teams.
  • Ensure SLAs are met with accuracy and there is optimal utilization of resource for respective area.
  • Monitoring/Analysis for workforce management team and lead assigned area of responsibility from deliverables perspective.
  • Maintain tracker for advisor login/logout/non-adherence and highlight the same with the stakeholders of the respective lob.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries,
  • report writing and presenting findings Strong analytical and business understanding
  • good knowledge about forecasting, schedule management, and forecasting tools to be used
