Requirements
Floating Numbers is looking for a Senior Supervisor to join our team, someone who can do strategic management of day-to-day quantity of production, quality of production, and people of productions. . The role will have responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Supervising the Supervisors as a guide to a company's policies, goals, standards, and all other procedures, which include principles of good governance and set out company values.
Arranging the team to meet the clients' requirements and escalating abnormal issues when required.
Be capable of providing answers to both simple and complicated questions (from the team or clients) in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Monitor and review personal/team’s targets
Keep records of issues/problem for further investigation.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Work with managers about clients' feedback.
Review existing measurement tools, metrics and feedback to gauge the effectiveness of the employees.
Qualification
Minimum experience of 1 year in trust and safety.
There shouldn’t be any additional full-time courses pursuing outside the organization.
Good English communication skills.
Good knowledge of Quality/Process Improvement techniques
Good computer skills (familiar with MS Office & Google applications).
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Attention to details and desire to learn
High sense of responsibility and enthusiasm.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible, adaptable to new changes.
Familiar with smartphone/ mobile device/mobile applications
Experience in device/application troubleshooting is highly preferable.
