Maintain tracker for advisor login/logout/non-adherence and highlight the same with the stakeholders of the respective lob
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries,

Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc)
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
Familiarity with HR databases, Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
